On this blog I do my best to keep away from political events and areas of life that can only affect people in a negative way !!!
However flowing last nights terrorist attack in my home town of Manchester I just wanted to make a quick comment and to share what I feel is such a great city, its people and its very heart !!!

Thank you. We are all still in shock here. The poet Tony Walsh is a friend of mine. He read his poem with great difficulty at the vigil.

Yes to watch the Vigil and here Tony’s poem was great – there was a real feeling of defiance from people !!!
I just find it impossible to understand how people who have been affected in some way must feel and will continue to feel through out their lives !!!
The only blessing is the way some many people understand and have pulled together, however dealing with the lost and seeing your loved ones damaged must be so difficult to live with …..
